Citizens Advisory Committee on Health & Human Services

The Citizens Advisory Committee on Health and Human Services (CAC) was established in 1990 by the Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners Resolution No. R-2001-0913 (as amended).
Its mission is to assist the Board of County Commissioners in the assessment of need, planning, implementation and evaluation of a System of Care, as defined within the Palm Beach County Comprehensive Plan - Health and Human Services Element.
The Committee consists of eleven members with at least one member being a resident west of 20-Mile Bend and at least one member being a representative of the Palm Beach County League of Cities.
