Public Invited to “Solar Abstractions” Artist Reception at PBIA

Palm Beach County’s Art in Public Places program invites the public to    attend an artist reception at the Palm Beach International Airport on Thursday,
November 12, 2009, 5:30 - 7 p.m. in the Airport’s Concession Mall, Level 2 Main Terminal. Parking is available in Short Term levels 4-7.

Guests can mingle with Palm Beach County artists whose photography, paintings, sculpture and mixed-media feature works that explore the power and brilliance of the sun’s splendor in Palm Beach County.

Solar Abstractions features works by local artists Jon Allen and Grant Williams of Jupiter, Erik Kucera, Sigrid Lium and Tula Antikainen of West Palm Beach, Chief Joseph the Eagle  and Norman Berman of Lake Worth, Peter Debe, Patricia Levey, Leora  Klaymer Stewart and Cecily Hangen of Palm Beach, Stanford H. Slutsky of Delray Beach, Tom Parker and Margaret Ziede of Boca Raton, Teresa Ann Frazee, Carmen Faya-Gomila and Cynthia Kallan of Boynton Beach, Lynn Morgan, Connie Robayo, Fernando Rodriquez and Barry Seidman of Palm Beach Gardens.
